Professional Services: Wildwink provides professional trekking, mountaineering, and expedition guiding services.
Certifications: All technical expeditions are led by certified mountaineers (e.g., BMC "A" Grade holders).
Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that trekking and mountaineering involve inherent risks. Participation in any Wildwink expedition is at your own risk.
3. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership: All content, including text, expedition vlogs, photographs, and the "Wildwink" logo, is the exclusive property of Wildwink and its founder.
User Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any media or branding elements without express written consent.
4. Booking and Cancellations
Registration: Booking an expedition requires formal registration and may be subject to specific health and fitness requirements.
Payment: All fees must be settled according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Our refund policy for cancelled tours or homestay bookings is provided during the registration process.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Vercel-hosted site.
- Misrepresent your identity or credentials when booking professional expeditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wildwink and its guides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or participation in activities, except where required by Indian law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically regarding services operated within the Himachal Pradesh region.
